Aquanda.com is an online community in which participants can answer questions presented in a logical orderly fashion. We strive to present a site and questions that are respectful, are decent and have integrity and we ask that you reflect this in your answers. By using Aquanda.com you agree to be bound by the following Community Guidelines that we reserve the right to modify at any time.

Response to Violations

Aquanda.com does not edit the content of answers. However, we reserve the right to remove content that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate and/or in violation of the Aquanda.com Community Guidelines or the Aquanda.com Terms of Service. If you believe that your content is inappropriate please do not post it.

Content and Usage

Aquanda.com is a helpful community of people sharing memories and opinions. You agree that anything you post or privately transmit is your sole responsibility. You are responsible for all Content that you make available. When posting please have integrity and follow these rules:

1. YOU MAY NOT POST CONTENT INCLUDING LINKS TO CONTENT
   
   • that violates federal, state or local law.
   • that harms minors.
   • that contains obscenities, profanities or sexually explicit language.
   • that is abusive, belligerent, defamatory, harassing, harmful, hateful, incendiary, libelous, obscene, racist, slanderous, threatening, tortuous, vulgar, or ethnically objectionable to any individual or groups for any reason.
   • to rant your frustrations, make statements, or otherwise violate the answer format.
   • that glorifies anorexia, bulimia, self-harm, suicide, or any other practice that is clearly harmful or unhealthy.
   • that violates the aQandA.com Community Guidelines or the Aquanda.com Terms of Service in any way.
2. COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY: Commercial or advertising posts are allowed as long as they are in context and are accompanied with ORIGINAL Content. The URLs you post must be in the spirit of these Community Guidelines. We have the right to delete any URL that we feel is inappropriate.
3. NO REPEATED POSTINGS: You may not post identical or similar postings.
4. ENGLISH ONLY: Please do not use other languages.
5. GRAMMAR COUNTS: Please check your grammar and spelling. If content has too many typos or is unintelligible, it may be deleted.
6. REPORTING ABUSE: You may not use the Report Abuse link for purposes other than reporting a violation of the Aquanda.com Community Guidelines or the Aquanda.com Terms of Service. You may not report abuse for posts that you personally disagree with, or by people you personally dislike.
7. NO FRAUD: You can not impersonate another or lie about your credentials or expertise that you do not possess.
8. LAWS: You agree not to intentionally or unintentionally violate any local, state, federal or international law, including, but not limited to, regulations declared by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
9. COPYRIGHT LAW: You may not post content that copies or infringes the intellectual property, other rights or privacy of others.
